- Standard audio visual equipment includes 1 lectern, 1 screen, 2 flip charts with markers, 1 easel and wireless Internet connection.
- Meeting supplies include pads, pens, hard candies, glasses and water service.
- Continental Breakfast includes fresh fruit juices, sliced fresh fruit, home-made assorted breakfast breads, freshly brewed Portland Roasting Coffee and Nuni tea.
- Mid-morning break features Portland Roasting Coffee and Nuni tea replenishments.
- Lunch includes choice of box, plated or buffet.
