Complete Meeting Package

The hotel’s all-inclusive Complete Meeting Package affords ease and flexibility during the planning process and optimal productivity once on site. The package includes:

  • Valet parking
  • Private meeting room and set-up: Dedicated meeting space with individual temperature controls including padded chairs and conference tables set to specifications
  • Staff to coordinate all needs from room setups, food service to guest room arrangements
  • Standard A/V package: Lectern, screen, flip charts/markers, easel and high-speed wireless Internet connection
  • Meeting supplies: Pads, pens, hard candies, glasses and water service
  • All-day beverage station
  • Continental breakfast: Fresh juices, sliced fresh fruit, homemade breakfast breads, freshly brewed coffee and tea
  • Mid-morning coffee refresh
  • Working lunch: Choice of box, plated or buffet
  • Afternoon refreshment break: Includes cookies and milk
  • Service charge (20%)

$85 per person; applicable for groups of 10-130

Note: Additional equipment – wireless microphones, videoconferencing systems, broadband Internet hubs, wireless remotes, DVD and VHS players, audio or video recording and more – is available for a charge through local-based Think AV. Same-day A/V requests are subject to a 20% surcharge.
