What do I need to know about parking at River’s Edge Hotel & Spa?
Valet parking is available. Overnight charge is $19 and includes in and out privileges.

What about my pets? Are they welcome?
Dogs are welcome at River’s Edge Hotel & Spa. A limited number of dog-friendly rooms are available and subject to first come, first served. For a one-time per stay $50 non-refundable fee, one dog up to 50 pounds may share his or her human companion’s room. Under no circumstances may dogs be left unattended. What else should I know?
There is an on-site ATM machine located in the lobby, near the entrance to The Spa.
I’ve heard a lot about the Portland Aerial Tram. Where can I find out more information – like schedules and fares.
Everything you want or need to know about the nearby tram may be found by visiting http://gobytram.com/. You’ll want to ‘catch’ it from the lower terminal at the Center for Health & Healing at 3303 SW Bond Avenue. That’s a one-minute car ride or a ¾ mile walk from the hotel’s front door!

River’s Edge Hotel & Spa’s Business Center, located on the second floor, is open 24/7 and boasts two computer work stations and one printer available for guest use at no charge. Assistance with copying and faxes is available at the Front Desk.

What is River’s Edge Hotel & Spa’s Cancellation/No Show policy?
Reservations for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night stays may be cancelled without consequence until 4 PM 24 hours prior to arrival. Reservations for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night stays may be cancelled without consequence until 4 PM 48 hours prior to arrival. Different cancellation policies may apply to packages and special offers.
What are check-in and checkout times?
Check-in time is 4 PM
Check-out time is 12 NOON
Does River’s Edge Hotel & Spa have a Guarantee/Deposit policy?
Yes. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
What happens if I don’t arrive for my confirmed guest room reservation?
There is a No-Show Charge. One night’s room rate plus tax will be charged to your credit card on file.
Is there a minimum age to rent a room?
Yes. Any guest renting a room at River’s Edge Hotel & Spa must be at least 21 years of age.
