At River's Edge Hotel, our priority continues to be our guests and team. In light of the evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we are highly focused on the health and safety at each of our properties, while still delivering a first-class experience. We are monitoring developments to continue to deliver service that aligns with the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and local health authorities.

Cancellations
In this current environment, we recognize plans can change, so we’ve updated our policy to help keep your travels as worry-free as possible. We are waiving all cancellation fees, 24-hours prior to your arrival, until May 31, 2020 for all reservations.

Cleanliness
We are committed to delivering the highest standards of cleanliness so you can feel at ease during your stay. We have upgraded our cleaning products to vigilantly sanitize high-traffic and high-touch common areas including the front desk, door handles, handrails and elevator buttons. These efforts extend to our guestrooms where particular care is given to disinfecting hard surfaces and we've removed items that simply cannot be sanitized. To ensure our employees safety, we have provided education on proper handwashing, have provided our staff with both disposable and clean re-usable face masks, and execute daily temperature and symptom checks at the start of every shift, so that our team on site is healthy and ready to create a safe and welcoming experience for our guests.
